The Helping Hooves Community Program

About Our Community Program

Helping Hooves provides assistance to adult demographics in our community who can benefit from life changing sessions provided by Triangle EAL’s Equine Partners. Helping Hooves campaigns fundraisers to secure scholarships for participants in need, while both developing & operating new and existing programs.   Our team of volunteers are committed to helping adults in our community find meaningful change, healing, flourish, and show up in everyday life and relationships better.

Our Current Campaign

Running mid-April through the end of May 2026, we have been selected as a Program Partner with Horses for Mental Health, a global campaign creating awareness of the benefits of horses for humans.  May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we are fundraising to help a group of 6 Young Adults (18-29) in a 10 week program to overcome chronic loneliness, social isolation, depression, and anxiety.

If you or someone you know is interested in helping this cause, or applying for participation for this cohort, please contact us below!

And if you are compelled to support our mission, please follow this link to donate.  All donations are tax-deductible.

Some common themes are centered around personal boundaries, trust and respect, anxiety, depression, over thinking and getting stuck, social isolation, resilience, and much more.  Your sessions are customized based on areas you want to work on most.
