Day 1 Half-Day Introduction (Opening & DISC reflection): A focused session to begin the journey, including initial reflective exercises, a discussion of your DISC leadership profile and equine-assisted activities to set the foundation for the next steps in evolving your leadership.
Day 2 Full-Day Leadership Immersion: Deep dive into the principles of communication, trust and the power of body language through intensive experiential exercises and reflection.

Since 2012, she has brought that experience into her work, delivering immersive and experiential leadership and team-building programs for Fortune 500 brands and elite sports teams. Through these hands-on programs, Tracey helps leaders and teams develop the skills they need to succeed—not just in business, but in life.

Her degree in Interpersonal and Public Communication perfectly compliments the Building Block™ experiential learning curriculum, utilized in Triangle EAL’s programs for Leadership Development, Team Building, and Personal Development.
